What we collect

When you fill in the contact form, we receive your name, work email, company, budget range and the description you write. When you browse the site, our hosting provider records standard server logs, and we use privacy-friendly analytics that don’t set advertising cookies.

How we use it

We use contact form details to reply to you and, if we work together, to run the project. We don’t sell your data or add you to a newsletter you didn’t ask for.

Client data inside workflows

Data that passes through workflows we build stays in your own accounts and is covered by the data processing agreement we sign before each project.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete what we hold about you by emailing hello@nightshift.studio. We reply within 30 days, usually much sooner.
