Have a process like this one?
Book a 30-minute call and bring it with you. We’ll tell you if it’s worth automating.
The problem
Every application came in through Typeform with a CV attached. A recruiter opened the PDF, copied the candidate’s details and work history into Airtable, tagged their skills and worked out which open role they might fit. At 40 to 60 applications a day, that was most of one person’s job.
What we built
A Make scenario picks up each Typeform submission and sends the CV to an LLM that pulls out work history, skills and notice period in a fixed format. It writes a clean record to Airtable, scores the candidate against open roles and posts the best matches to that role’s Slack channel.
Recruiters still make every decision. The workflow only removes the retyping.
The result
Intake dropped from about 25 minutes per candidate to 3, most of it a quick check of the parsed record. We also talked them out of automatic rejections. The parsing is good, but not good enough to turn someone down without a person looking.
